VINTAGE BEDROOM CHANDELIER $5.00 !!!

I AM LINKING THIS POST UP WITH RHODA'S TODAY'S THRIFTY TREASURES AT /http://southernhospitalityblog.com/.
I AM ALSO LINKING THIS TO NIFTY THRIFTY TUESDAY AT http://linda-coastalcharm.blogspot.com/.

I AM SOOOOOOO EXCITED. I HAVE BEEN WANTING A CHANDELIER FOR MY BEDROOM, BUT WASN'T WILLING TO PAY THE BIG PRICES THAT WERE BEING ASKED. I WANTED SOMETHING SIMPLE AND GARDEN LIKE. I WENT TO A CHURCH SALE AND THERE SITTING ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF ME ASKING ME TO TAKE IT HOME WAS THIS GREEN TREASURE. AND THE PRICE $5.00. YES THAT IS RIGHT $5.00. IT HAD A BOX WITH IT WITH ALL THE MISSING BLING, SO WITH A LITTLE CLEAN UP AND MAYBE SOME WHITE PAINT, I HAVE MY CHANDELIER. SCORE!!!

  10. Oh wow what a great find! I can't believe you got it for so little. I have been on the lookout for something just like it for my girls room. Not that my opion matters but I like it green. (Must not covet, must not covet)......

Thanks for stopping by and for your sweet comment, we live in a small town so our sales are pretty good, there aren't that many(though there are a lot more since the resession started)but we still have small town prices.

  21. OH WOW, this is sooooo fun! I love it! My daughter and I saw a great floral chandelier in an antique store a year ago for about $300. She really wanted it, but college students can't afford $300 light fixtures. (And parents paying college tuition for two children can't afford $300 lights for their daughters apartments either.) You got a steal!!
