I AM LINKING THIS POST TO KATHLEENS' FADED CHARM COTTAGE AT http://fadedcharmcottage.blogspot.com/ FOR WHITE WEDNESDAY.
TODAY I AM SHARING MY MOMS CRABSHELL ANGELS. SHE HAS MADE ABOUT 40 THIS YEAR. SHE MADE QUITE A FEW LAST YEAR AND THEY WERE SUCH A BIG HIT THAT SHE MADE MORE TO SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I DO A CRAFT FAIR THE FIRST WEEK IN DECEMBER AND SHE GAVE ME SOME TO SELL AND THEY WENT INSTANTLY. SHE PUTS A LOT OF TIME INTO THESE AND WE ALL TREASURE THEM. I AM FREQUENTLY ASKED WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR IDEAS FOR THINGS. I AM SURE FROM MY MOM WHO IS VERY CRAFTY AND MY GRANDMOTHER WHO DECORATED REAL EGG SHELLS WHICH I WILL SHARE WITH YOU IN THE FUTURE.
Those are adorable, I can vision a Christmas tree filled with them.
ReplyDeleteHi, What really pretty angels. You mom is very talented, I see why they went so fast. Have a great White Wednesday.

The angels are so cute. Your mom is very creative. They would be beautiful on a beach theme tree with just white lights!

ReplyDeleteHave a Wonderful Week ~

How clever of her. They are very nice! I used to do craft shows, but haven't done that in years. One year I sold 60 angel magnets that I had made to a school teacher for her peers. That was fun!!

ReplyDeleteHow come I never come up with cute ideas like this??!!
I am having trouble with the new blogger thing too. Cannot keep my pics in the middle, and can't get the type to go between the pics anymore. Frustrating.
